Over 15.2: OUT! India have struck back with the prized scalp of Nigar Sultana! A full toss and Nigar holes out to Deepti Sharma in the deep. The umpire went for the review to ascertain whether the ball was above the waist. It was but Nigar was way outside the crease and the ball was dipping. So the red light comes on. She scored 27 off 24. Poonam Yadav gets her fourth wicket. Score 83/4

Over 15: The over that Bangladesh were looking for to march ahead in the ch ase. An expensive over from Jhulan Goswami. 16 runs in it including three consecutive fours to Nigar Sultana. What’s worse is that Ekta Bisht has hurt herself while fielding in the over and is off the field. She had one over remaining. Score 82/3

Over 14: A busy over for Bangladesh this one. Six runs in it. Anuja Patil finishes her quota of four overs – 0/23. Score 66/3

Over 8: Fargana Hoque charges forward and sends the ball past the boundary for a one-bounce four. Seven runs from Deepti Sharma’s second over. Score 42/2

Over 6.6: OUT! Two off two for Poonam. A tossed up delivery and Shamima Sultana went for the drive which she ends up hitting into the hands of Mithali Raj at cover. She scored 16 off 19. Bangladesh have now lost both their openers after a solid start. Score 35/2

Over 6.5: OUT! And she brings up the first success for India after having the dangerous Ayasha Rahman caught for 17. Score 35/1

Over 6: Shamima Sultana joins the fun with two fours off Anuja – the first over mid-off and the second employing a sweep to to backward square leg region. 9 runs from the over. Score 33/0

Over 5: Ayasha Rahsman continues to find boundaries. This time via an edge past the wicketkeeper. 7 runs from Deepti Sharma’s first over. Score 24/0

Over 4: Anuja Patil into the attack now. The offie starts off well, allows just a couple in her first over. Score 17/0

Over 3: Ekta Bisht continues to bowl tightly. Just three singles in her second over. Score 15/0

Over 2: Not an ideal start from Shikha as she leaks 11 runs in the over including two consecutive fours to Ayasha. She hurt herself while trying to stop the ball on her follow through off the fourth delivery. Deepti Sharma came to bowl the remaining two deliveries. 11 runs from the over. Score 12/0

Shamima Sultana and Ayasha Rahman will start Bangladesh’s chase. Ekta Bisht will open the attack.

India were 32/4 at one stage before captain Harmanpreet and Veda got together to repair some damage. However, regular wickets kept them on the backfoot. But Harmanpreet continued to wage a lone battle as she recorded her fifth T20I fifty to give some respectability to the final total. For Bangladesh, Rumana and Khadija picked up two wickets each while Salma and Jahanara chipped in with a wicket each.

Over 20: India finish on 112/9 after Harmanpreet Kaur’s fighting half-century off 42 deliveries. She attempted a big hit on the final delivery of the India innings but was caught near the boundary by Jahanara off Khadija.

Over 19.1: OUT! That was unnecessary but Jhulan Goswami’s intent was right – to bring Harmanpreet on strike at any cost. But she fails after being run out on 10. India 107/8

Over 18: Harmanpreet enters the 40s with a four to deep square leg region. Nine runs from Khadija’s third over. Score 97/7

Over 17: A good over for India. A poor delivery from Rumana Ahmed allows Jhulan Goswami to smack it to extra cover region for a boundary. 8 runs in it. Score 88/7

Over 16: Harmanpreet starts the over with a four off the first delivery to third man region. Six runs from Nahida Akter’s final over of the innnigs. She finishes wicketless but gave just 12 runs in her four overs. Score 80/7

Jhulan Goswami is the new batter in the middle

Over 14.6: OUT! That’s a double-wicket over from Rumana. Shikha Pandey, the new batter, was looking to cut one but gets an edge to be caught by the ‘keeper Shamima Sultana. She scored 1. India 74/7

Over 14.2: OUT! Another one bites the dust. This time it’s Taniya Bhatia who has to walk back after being stumped off Rumana Ahmed on 3. Score 72/6

Over 14: Harmanpreet picks up a boundary in the over as she comes down the track and plays one from Fahima through extra cover for her third four. Eight runs in the over. Score 71/5

Leg-break Fahima Khatun is into the attack now

Over 13: Taniya Bhatia is the new batter on the crease. Looks like skipper Harmanpreet Kaur will have to wage a lone battle today. Score 63/5

Over 12.3: OUT! It seemed India had found the pair that will steer them out of choppy waters but Salma Khatun breaks the 30-run stand with the scalp of Veda Krishnamurthy. She was going for a sweep but missed the ball completely to be bowled on 11. Score 62/5

Over 12: Rumana continues. Allows six runs in her second over. Score 59/4

Over 11: Jahanara returns. And Harmanpreet greets her with a four towards midwicket region. Veda then drives her through cover for her first boundary of the innings. A productive over for India. 11 runs in it. Score 53/4

Over 10: Rumana Ahmed introduced into the attack now. A couple, two singles and a wide in her first over. Score 42/4

Over 8.2: OUT! Anuja Patil has been given out for obstructing the field! This couldn’t have gotten worse for India. They are finding newer ways to get out today. Anuja was looking to steal a single after Harmanpreet had played one towards the wicketkeeper. But she promptly was sent back and one seeing the throw coming, she changed her direction. The ball hit her and Bangladesh appealed for obstructing the field. The third umpire gave the decision in the favour of the fielding team. Anuja scored 3. Score 32/4

Over 8: End of a successful over from Kadija, Four runs and a wicket in it. Score 32/3

Over 7.1: OUT! That’s a bit blow to India as they have lost veteran Mithali Raj who gets a leading edge to be caught at mid-off. Khadija Tul Kubra gets a wicket in her second over. Mithali scored 11. Score 28/3

Over 6.4: OUT! Another poor call from an India batter. This time it’s Deepti Sharma who was looking to go big over the midwicket region but instead got an inside edge that crashed on the stumps. She scored 4. Jahanara Alam has struck in her first over. Score 26/2

Over 6: End of Powerplay overs. And India haven’t been able to exploit the fielding restrictions, scoring just 21 runs for the loss of a wicket.

Over 5: India have started slowly. Just one boundary in their first five overs. And they have also lost a wicket too. Nahida’s third over results in just three runs. Score 16/1

Over 4: End of another good over for Bangladesh. A wicket and four runs in it. Score 13/1

Over 3.1: OUT! Mandhana has been run out on 7. After completing two runs, Mandhana though there was third on offer but it turned out to be abad decision as she was well short of the crease. Score 10/1

Over 3: Nahida could have her first wicket had the wicketkeeper not missed out on stumping Mandhana who charged forward and got an edge. Another excellent over from Nahida. Just one run from it. Score 9/0
